Please refer to our Privacy Statement for details Souperholic Card Terms & Conditions 1.      By using the Souperholic card, the Cardholder shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed with the terms and conditions of the Souperholic card. 2. Souperholic card must be presented prior to payment to enjoy the points. Points can only be earned at the time of payment. It will be considered forfeited if otherwise. Once transaction is completed, the system will not be able to reverse the transactions. 3. Earn 50 loyalty points for every $5 spent. 100 points are equal to $1 and you can redeem anything on the menu with sufficient points. *subject to stock availability. 4. Redemption can only be made with the actual Souperholic card. You may use any available points in your card to offset the bill. *Please note that there’s no point awarded for the residual value paid in cash. 5. Not valid with any promotions or discounts and coupons. 6. When presenting The Soup Spoon vouchers, the amount paid after deducting voucher amount will be entitled to souperholic points. Example if you spend $10 and voucher amount is $5, you will have paid $5. This $5 will be entitled to 50 points. 7. The Souperholic card is non-transferrable and unable to combine. The expiry date of the card is one (1) year from the last transaction date. 8. Lost card must be reported within 7 days time, and can be replaceable with 200points admin fee (subject to change). 9. The Management is not responsible for any unauthorized use of lost cards. 10. The Souperholic card is not exchangeable for cash. 11. The management reserves the right to withdraw this loyalty card programme without any prior notice. 12. The Soup Spoon has the right at any time and its sole discretion, with or without notice, to limit, add, amend or delete in whole or in part these terms and conditions (T & C) of the loyalty programme and its benefits even though such changes may affect the value of the souperholic points that have already been accumulated or the card holders’ rights and interests. The amendment and supplement T & C shall be binding on the Souperholic cardholder as long as his/her Souperholic card is valid under these T & C. 13.
