Souperholic Club Benefits

The most lucrative benefit of being a member of the Souperholics Club is the chance to get rewards from The Soup Spoon. Joining is easy - simply spend S$5 or above at The Soup Spoon from November 2002, and you'll receive an exclusive Souperholics Loyalty Card.

How it works (Terms & Conditions)

1. By using the Souperholic card, the Cardholder shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed with the terms and conditions of the Souperholic card.
2. Every $5 spent will be entitled to a souperholic stamp. 
3. 6 stamps will entitle souperholic to a free 330 ml can drink (coke, coke light, heaven & earth teas, schweppes, sprite ice) or 22oz home brew ice tea or mineral water redemption. Based on a first come first serve basis. No other drinks except the ones specified above are allowed for redemption. 
4. Once the 12th stamp has been chopped, souperholic will be entitled to a free grande soup of choice. Based on a first come first serve basis. No combo upgrades are allowed to be purchased in conjunction with a soup redemption.
5. All redemptions are subject to availability and The Soup Spoon or the Manager reserves its right to replace the items in term 3 with ones of equivalent value without prior notice.
6. Not valid with any promotions or discounts and coupons. 
7. Raffles City vouchers can be used to redeem full souperholic stamps.
8. When presenting The Soup Spoon vouchers, the amount paid after deducting voucher amount will be entitled to souperholic stamp. Example if you spend $10 and voucher amount is $5, you will have paid $5. This $5 will be entitled to ONE stamp. 
9. For administrative purposes, once a soup redemption is made, The Soup Spoon will collect the card back. You have to redeem your free drink if you have not done so. Unredeemed drinks will be forfeited if not claimed at the time of soup redemption.
10. There is no expiry date to the card. 
11. The stamps on one card cannot be combined with the stamps of other souperholic cards for redemption purposes. In the event you have forgotten to bring your souperholic card, you can request to have the receipt stamped. The accumulated stamps on receipts can then be transferred to your souperholic card when you present the card and receipts to cashier. Receipts with no stamps will not be entertained.
12. Lost/stolen Souperholic cards will not be replaced and the stamps will not be reinstated in whatsoever manner.
13. The basis for the enjoyment of the Souperholic card and /or the benefits shall be determined by The Soup Spoon at its absolute discretion and may be changed from time to time without prior notice. The Souperholic cardholders are not entitled to request The Soup Spoon or the Manager to disclose or explain the calculation methods or other matters relating to the Souperholic card and/or the redemption benefits for whatever purposes.
14. The Souperholic card has no monetary value and is not exchangeable for cash. 
15. The management reserves the right to withdraw this loyalty card programme without any prior notice. 
16. The Soup Spoon has the right at any time and its sole discretion, with or without notice, to limit, add, amend or delete in whole or in part these terms and conditions (T & C) of the loyalty programme and its benefits even though such changes may affect the value of the souperholic stamps that have already been accumulated or the card holders’ rights and interests. The amendment and supplement T & C shall be binding on the Souperholic cardholder as long as his/her Souperholic card is valid under these T & C. 
17. The above terms and conditions for redemption is valid and true for all series of souperholic cards issued by The Soup Spoon from 2002.
18. Information gathered from the Souperholic card will not be shared with any 3rd parties.
