Cheesy Bake Hungarian Goulash with Pasta
- 1 pack (500ml) The Soup Spoon’s Hungarian Goulash Take-Home Soup Pack
- 300g penne pasta
- 150g shredded mixed cheese
- 20g baby spinach
- Parmesan Cheese
- Coriander for garnishing
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Boil penne pasta in salted water till al dente. Drain with cool water.
- Pour cooked pasta into a baking tray or casserole.
- Add baby spinach.
- Add in Hungarian Goulash Take-Home Soup Pack. Mix well.
- Sprinkle seasonings (salt, pepper and parmesan cheese)
- Top with shredded mixed cheese. Go crazy with the cheese if you so desire!
- Bake in oven for minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Serve hot!
