Cheesy Bake Hungarian Goulash with Pasta

  • 1 pack (500ml) The Soup Spoon’s Hungarian Goulash Take-Home Soup Pack
  • 300g penne pasta
  • 150g shredded mixed cheese
  • 20g baby spinach
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Coriander for garnishing


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Boil penne pasta in salted water till al dente. Drain with cool water.
  3. Pour cooked pasta into a baking tray or casserole.
  4. Add baby spinach.
  5. Add in Hungarian Goulash Take-Home Soup Pack. Mix well.
  6. Sprinkle seasonings (salt, pepper and parmesan cheese)
  7. Top with shredded mixed cheese. Go crazy with the cheese if you so desire!
  8. Bake in oven for minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Serve hot!
