We’ve put together an ample array of more than ten vegetarian ingredients cooked in our very own The Soup Spoon Herbal Mushroom Stock. What you get is a heady, comforting broth scented and boosted with dried orange peel, barley, dried figs, goji berries, red dates and more—everything you need to nurse a tired soul or for an energy boost! If you want to eat light but go big on flavour this Chinese New Year, this is your soup!
