Moqueca is a classic dish from Brazil and we’re so stoked to share this better-for-me creation after a cookout session with our Brazilian friend, Rogerio! A mashup between two traditional moqueca styles, ours is made with locally sourced barramundi and copious amounts of peppers and tomatoes, rich in fibre and antioxidants essential for strong gut health!
Ingredients: Fish stock (water, barramundi bones, salt), Kühlbarra barramundi fish, tomatoes, tapioca, onions, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, tomato paste, coriander, spring onion, garlic, ginger, coconut cream, kaffir lime leaves, paprika, lemons, red chilies, Thai fish sauce, salt, white pepper, corn starch, bay leaves, parsley
