Tangy Tomato with Basil

Vegetarian / Contains Dairy / Gluten-Free

Inspired by the Spanish Gazpacho, this vegetarian puree of roasted tomatoes and basil has been given an Asian twist. With an orangey hue and a tinge of red, this soup is creamy and has the smell of freshly roasted tomatoes blended to perfection. It is first tangy and then slightly spicy, leaving a warm tingling after-taste.


Main ingredients

Vegetable stock (water, root vegetables, herbs), roasted tomatoes, cream, onions, corn starch, balsamic vinegar, sugar, red bell peppers, chilies, vegetable oil, garlic, salt and basil

    I always love tomato soup so I like to try tomato soup at different places. But it is the best tomato soup I ever had. I really love this soup. I had it hundreds of time but still get craving for this 🙂 Highly recommend to give it a try.

    Never had soup like this before, I should say this is the best tomato soup in the world :).
    Whenever I go to your soup shop, I never come back without having this awesome Tangy tomato soup, its yummmmmmmy.

    A very different taste compared to a normal resturant soup , this tastes wonderful gives a hint of tangy spicy tomato. love the taste and can never stop having it.. best tomato soup ever

    I love tangy tomato soup. Its simply the best tomato soup I’ve had. Plus its healthy and filling too. I have recommended it to so many of my friends and colleague – and they’ve all liked it. Love it chef!

    This is honestly one of the best soups I’ve ever tasted in my life . The warm and tingling after taste is very nice and I’ve never tasted anything as good as this . Keep up the good work!!!
