Provencal beef stew is also known as beef Daube, traditionally cooked in a braising pan called daubière (hence the name Daube!). As a regional fare, it’s made with simple but flavourful ingredients like herbs, garlic and vegetables, braised for hours till meltingly tender. The stew that satisfies and strengthens.
Ingredients: Beef stock (water, beef, carrots, onions, leeks, bay leaves, black peppercorns), grass-fed beef, white radish, zucchini, French beans, whole peeled tomatoes, button mushrooms, onions, tomato paste, leeks, Thai fish sauce, Worchestershire sauce (contains anchovies), thyme, rosemary, paprika, garlic, black pepper, salt, xantham gum.
Condiments: Sour cream.
