It’s no secret that I work long hours, more so now that I’m also taking a part-time course! Friends often ask if I stumble, if I’m stressed, if I feel scattered. In all honesty, yes to all of the above, but thankfully, only some of the time!
Studying about gut health means I know how to take care of myself with real food, good food, not duped by quick fix teasers and food fads. I’m still enthusiastic about my daily yoga sessions and I make time for people and causes close to my heart. Let’s Be Fit and Fab together, beginning with our SouperChef Specials this month!
