I love opor ayam, chicken cooked in coconut milk! In collaboration with Kühlbarra, this is our fish version, a stew with pronounced flavours from generous amounts of herbs, torch ginger flower and kaffir lime. Enjoy this creamy and coconutty curry that feels light on both your lips and hips!
