Chicken Vindaloo

Vindaloo has roots in Goa, a region in India that was once a Portuguese colony. In Portuguese, vinho means wine vinegar and alhos means garlic. You’ll love the chicken marinated in warm spices and vinegars! The chillies’ heat is tamed by the spices’ sweetness and the acidity of the tomatoes and vinegar. Simultaneously hot, sweet, spicy and piquant!
