I may be Hainanese but there is something about Cantonese dim sum that makes my heart sing, especially lo mai kai! Heartier with wild black berry rice and Quorn mycoprotein, this dim-sum-inspired meatless stew has a nutty flavour, boosted by fragrant mushrooms and goji berries. So subtly citrusy with a slightly herbal twist!
