Moroccan Beef Tagine
Contains Beef | Contains Gluten | Dairy-Free
I think of tagine as a stew with attitude. It’s all about the spices and slow cooking! We created this sublime stew using ras el hanout (Arabic for “top of the shop”), a beautiful blend of spices for tender beef in a fragrant broth filled with prunes, chickpeas and couscous! Nothing like a little warmth with sweet accents.
Ingredients: Beef stock (water, beef, carrots, leeks, black pepper, bay leaves), marinated grass-fed beef, potatoes, carrots, roasted pumpkin, tomatoes, tomato paste, celery, chickpeas, prunes, raisins, couscous (contains durum wheat), canola oil, salt, sugar, Thai fish sauce, corn starch, white vinegar, ras el hanout (spice mix of cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, cumin, coriander, paprika), white pepper, parsley
Condiments: Toasted almonds, coriander
