Laksa is so beloved here it’s only befitting to create a variant in celebration of our nation’s birthday! This familiar local flavour-ite gets an uplift with scallops and macaroni, thickened as a creamy chowder. It’s still iconically spicy and coconuty, but with our signature comforting soup spin!
Ingredients: Laksa broth [water, fish stock, laksa paste (laksa spices, canola oil, belachan (shrimps, salt), dried chillies, red onions, dried shrimps, candlenuts, salt, sugar)], scallops, potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, macaroni pasta (contains durum wheat), beancurd, red onions, corn, soybean sprouts, coconut milk, corn starch, laksa leaves, sugar
Condiments: Laksa pesto (canola oil, laksa leaves, Thai basil leaves, coriander, garlic, roasted peanuts, lemon juice, salt), hard-boiled egg, snow pea sprouts
