This stew marks our first foray into Taiwan in 2019. Small eats are the big thing in Taiwan, especially beef noodles. So iconic there is even an annual Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival! We’re spurred to create one ourselves—a tomato-based spicy one for our local palate! A flavourful meld of cultures and ingredients, this is our memory keeper.
