Reunion at Home | Chinese New Year 2023 Promotions

Ordering Period: 28 Dec 2022 to 3 Feb 2023
Delivery Period: 5 Jan to 12 Feb 2023

[Please note that self-pickup or delivery orders with Auspicious Lo Hei Set will be available from 16 Jan, Mon only.]

  • Online order period: 28 Dec 2022 to 3 Feb 2023, unless otherwise stated. No orders will be accepted after 3 Feb 2023.
  • Delivery is available from 5 Jan to 12 Feb 2023.
  • No delivery on 21 Jan (Eve of CNY), 22 Jan, Sunday (1st day of CNY) and 23 Jan, Monday (2nd day of CNY).
  • Delivery will resume on 25 Jan 2023 (4th day of CNY).
  • Self-pickup or delivery orders with Auspicious Lo Hei Set will be available from 16 Jan, Mon only.
  • Orders must be made at least 2 working days in advance, excluding the day of order. For example, if an order is made on Monday, the earliest day of delivery will be on Thursday of the same week.
  • Once an order is made and payment is completed, no change to the order is allowed.
  • No refunds or exchanges are allowed once the delivery is completed.
  • An administrative fee of 5% of the total amount plus an additional $50 will be imposed for any refund of orders.
  • Orders can only be placed online at www.thesoupspoon.com.
  • Full payment to be made via credit card payment online. When filling up the order form, please fill in the same name as the name on the credit card that will be used for payment.
  • The Soup Spoon $20 Gift Card will be added automatically to the cart with minimum net spend of $100, excluding GST and delivery charges, if any.
  • Promo codes are to be applied upon checkout to enjoy the promotion.
  • Strictly no restitution of promo codes once payment is made.
