Traditional risotto is made with only a few simple ingredients but it’s the kind of food that will always make you feel loved and warm for days. We’ve used barley here and retained the signature chewy consistency of risotto. With the infusion of truffle oil, this is a dish where simple meets fancy.
Ingredients: Vegetable stock (water, carrots, onions, leeks, bay leaves, black peppercorns), button mushrooms, spinach, cream, oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, barley, tarragon, garlic, gojiberries, salt, sugar, truffle oil, black pepper.
Condiments: Truffle oil, sour cream.
